Michael Stoler
Michael Stoler is the President & CEO of New York Real Estate TV, LLC a management consulting firm and television production firm.
Mr. Stoler is the host and executive producer of two television shows: “The Stoler Report-New York’s Business Report” currently in its 21st season and “Building New York-New York Life Stories” in its 17th season. Both shows air 8 times a week in New York City on CUNY TV and are available on numerous internet sites. These shows also air on university, educational, community and public access television stations in the tri-state region.
Mr. Stoler served as Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital, a private equity firm from January 2009 to March 31, 2018. He previous served as a senior principal at Apollo Real Estate Advisors (AREA Property Partners) as well as SVP with First American Title Insurance Company . For more than twenty five years he served as president and CEO of Princeton Commercial Corporation and New York Real Estate TV, LLC, a consulting and financing firms whose client have included financial institutions, public and private companies, commercial banks and finance companies, accounting and consulting firms, Taft Hartley Unions and Health Funds, health care organizations, health care and business professionals.
Mr. Stoler serves as the real estate commentator at 1010 WINS and WCBS NEWSRADIO 880. His reports are available on the weekends.
Michael is a member of the Real Estate Committee of Yeshiva University and a member of the faculty of the Sy Syms College of Business of Yeshiva University, where he coordinates and teaches the Titan of Real Estate Course.
He is active in numerous charitable endeavors and serves as the founder & CEO, of the Foundation for Medical Evaluation and Early Detection, an organization which provides no cost health screenings to the community. Mr. Stoler is a former Overseer and Member of the Board of the NYU Langone Health and served as the Chair of the Kaplan Comprehensive Cancer Center. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Brooklyn Center of Long Island University. Mr. Stoler served as an adjunct faculty member and the co-chair of the Fordham University Real Estate Industry Outreach Committee.
